How do I choose the right piece?
Start with the style you enjoy wearing, then review the metal, size or length, carat and certificate options on the product page. Our Size Guide and Diamond Guide explain the details.
Can I discuss a bespoke design?
Yes. Request a private consultation with your inspiration, preferred stone, metal, budget and timeline. Design or CAD approval precedes production.
How are bespoke commissions paid for?
After consultation and design or CAD approval, a 70% deposit is taken. The remaining 30% is due after final approval and before insured delivery.
Can you source beyond the online collection?
Contact us about a particular stone, gemstone, metal or setting. Availability and suitability are confirmed for the individual request.
Does every piece include a laboratory report?
Certificate options differ by product and selected variant. Review the selection on the product page and ask us to confirm the report details if they are important to your purchase.
Is a chain included with a pendant?
Check the selected option and product description. An option marked “Pendant Only” does not include a chain.
What if I need a different size or a specific delivery date?
Contact us before ordering so the size, availability and timing can be discussed for that piece. See Orders & Delivery for what to check.
Can I cancel or return a custom order?
Each piece is made to approved specifications. Once the design or CAD is approved and production begins, cancellation, return, exchange or refund for change of mind is not available. If a piece is faulty, damaged or materially different from the approved design, contact us promptly for assessment and resolution. Read the Refund Policy before ordering.
